Vince Tripi III is a speaker, writer, and educator from Milwaukee, WI. He presents on navigating intersecting identities, finding career success through openness, and popular representations of queerness in various media forms. Professionally, he is an instructional designer devoted to driving behavioral change through meaningful learning experiences, specializing in complex software systems. He holds a master's degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. As an undergraduate he was active in campus and system-level diversity leadership. Chief among these accomplishments was writing the proposal that brought gender inclusive housing to UWM. Vince is an Eagle Scout with over 300 nights spent camping.
