Professionally, he is an instructional designer devoted to driving behavioral change through meaningful learning experiences, specializing in complex software systems.
He holds a master's degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. As an undergraduate he was active in campus and system-level diversity leadership. Chief among these accomplishments was writing the proposal that brought gender inclusive housing to UWM.
Vince is an Eagle Scout with over 300 nights spent camping.
